ATLNext Supplier Diversity Award

The award luncheon is held in conjunction with the Airport’s annual ATLNext Industry Day. This ceremony honors the achievements, and outstanding performance of ATLNext Contractors, Subcontractors and Consultants. 

The 2020 Industry Day and Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Legacy Awards was held March 10, 2020.  Below is a summary of award categories:

AWARD CATEGORIES & DESCRIPTIONS

ATLNEXT SOAR AWARD: This award honors an ATLNext Joint Venture team who consistently demonstrates commitment to diversity and inclusion through the utilization of small, minority and women-owned firms (SBO, EBO, DBE) on ATL projects.  It recognizes exemplary achievements and innovative practices in identifying, utilizing, mentoring and/or growing such firms.  The recipient of this award shows exemplary performance by actively participating in ATLNext outreach events and consistently meeting or exceeding the City of Atlanta, Mayor’s Office of Contract Compliance SBO/EBO/DBE utilization plans.

ATLNEXT PINNACLE AWARD: This award honors an ATLNext sub-consultant or subcontractor who consistently demonstrates commitment to diversity and inclusion through the utilization of small, minority and women-owned firms (SBO, EBO, DBE) on ATL projects.  It recognizes exemplary achievements and innovative practices in identifying, utilizing, mentoring and/or growing such firms.  The recipient of this award shows exemplary performance by actively participating in ATLNext outreach events and consistently meeting or exceeding the City of Atlanta, Mayor’s Office of Contract Compliance, SBO/EBO/DBE utilization plans.

ATLNEXT TRIUMPH AWARD: This award honors an ATLNext small business owner who has demonstrated a positive commitment to its communities and supports the inclusion of other small businesses on ATL projects. It recognizes exemplary achievements and innovative practices in identifying, utilizing, mentoring and/or growing such firms

ATLNEXT LEADERSHIP AWARD: This award honors an individual who is a recognized leader that embraces diversity and inclusion; applies innovative practices and consistently demonstrates outstanding commitment towards the utilization, growth and development of small (SBE), minority (MBE) and female (FBE) owned firms.
