Some of our Featured ATLNext Projects

The ATLNext Capital Improvement Program is a massive $18+ billion initiative at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest and most efficient airport. This ambitious program is led by Franklin Rucker, the Senior Deputy General Manager of ATL, and is executed by a team of dedicated Department of Aviation staff and highly skilled contractors. Their collective expertise spans aviation development, project management, and construction management.

The program is built on three key pillars: Capacity Increases, Customer Service, and Renewal and Replacement. The Capacity Increases pillar is a response to the long-term growth forecast at ATL, necessitating the construction of additional facilities to accommodate this expansion. The Customer Service pillar aligns with ATL’s vision to be a global leader in airport efficiency and exceptional customer service. Lastly, the Renewal and Replacement pillar is a proactive approach to maintaining existing facilities through the replacement of critical systems and infrastructure.

In essence, ATLNext is a comprehensive and forward-thinking program that aims to enhance the Airport’s capacity, customer service, and infrastructure, ensuring its continued status as a world-leading Airport.
